Cardaminopsis halleri (L.) Hayek

Flora Europaea the original Linnean specimen classified as Arabis halleri L.           A quite frequent spring species from the mid altitude mountains. These photographs from Italy show all the parts of the plant. Also very good are these from Czech Republic. Usually individuals from the Apuseni Mountains in western Romania have light pink flowers, not white. Padis karst plateau, Apuseni Natural Park, Bihor Mountains, Bihor county, May 2004. dr.
